Senior HPC Applications Engineer

This role is based in Westford, MA with remote options available across multiple locations.

Compensation:

224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 6

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with scientists to install, configure, and optimize applications.
• Profile and tune performance for GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Optimize job execution and resource utilization.
• Develop containerized environments for reproducible builds.
• Advise on parallelization strategies and scaling behaviors.
• Integrate quantum SDKs into HPC workflows.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in HPC application performance engineering or related fields.
• Strong GPU programming and parallel programming skills.
• Proficiency with Linux, Slurm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in profiling and optimizing scientific applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
