Compensation:

$184,000 - $356,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain tools for visualizing and editing HD maps using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to build user-friendly features.
  • Process mapping data for downstream customers.
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Contribute to build automation and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, GIS or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development for mapping, GIS, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in C++, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Java.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Computer Graphics and GPU rendering techniques.
  • Experience with HD map formats like NDS and OpenDrive.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
