Senior Engineering Manager, L3 and L4 Testing - Autonomous Vehicles

This role involves leading the development and automation of simulation tests for autonomous vehicles.

Compensation:

$272,000 - $431,250/year

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute end-to-end simulation solutions for autonomous vehicle performance.
  • Lead efforts to automate simulation test development.
  • Analyze technical issues and drive resolutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance simulation capabilities.
  • Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering or Science.
  • 10+ years of experience in testing and infrastructure automation.
  • 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • Experience with ADAS, Autonomous Driving, and simulation environments.
  • Proficiency in Python/C++.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Bazel, Docker, Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML systems.
  • Experience in large-scale simulation for robotics validation.
