Senior Engineering Manager - Data Center Telemetry and RAS

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or can be performed remotely.

Compensation:

$272,000 - $425,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and delivery of telemetry solutions for data center health and performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Optimize software development processes for quality and productivity.
• Collaborate across teams for seamless integration of telemetry solutions.
• Drive product life cycles with QA teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years managing software teams.
• Strong knowledge of telemetry collection and server architecture.
• Experience with coding in C/C++ and Python.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
