Compensation:
$272,000 - $425,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and delivery of telemetry solutions for data center health and performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Optimize software development processes for quality and productivity.
- Collaborate across teams for seamless integration of telemetry solutions.
- Drive product life cycles with QA teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years managing software teams.
- Strong knowledge of telemetry collection and server architecture.
- Experience with coding in C/C++ and Python.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
Tech stack:
DMTF/PLDM, InfluxDB, Prometheus, REST APIs, Git, Jira.
