Senior Engineering Manager - Data Center Telemetry and RAS

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or can be performed remotely.

Compensation:

$272,000 - $425,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Own the architecture and delivery of telemetry solutions, including fleet health monitoring and data visualization.
  • Recruit and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
  • Continuously improve software development processes.
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless integration of telemetry solutions.
  • Drive product life cycles with QA teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years managing software teams.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of telemetry collection and server architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with x86/ARM system architecture and coding (C/C++, Python).
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.

Tech stack:

DMTF/PLDM, InfluxDB, Prometheus, REST APIs, Git, Jira.
