Senior Engineering Manager - Data Center MODS

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA with remote work options available.

Compensation:

272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 4, 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD for Level 5

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
  • Collaborate with architecture and hardware teams on stress and diagnostic software.
  • Manage multiple projects balancing strategy and execution.
  • Support deployment and customization of diagnostics with CSPs and OEMs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in system software development, with 4+ years in engineering management.
  • Experience with C/C++/Python and understanding of operating systems.
  • Knowledge of PC/server architecture including PCIe and Ethernet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale data center diagnostics or stress testing.
  • Familiarity with GPU compute and high-speed interfaces.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
