Senior Deep Learning Engineer - Genomics

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$148,000 - $287,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine deep learning models for genomics analysis, including DNA sequencing and variant calling.
• Advance modern Deep Learning techniques for Large Language Models and multi-modal models in genomics.
• Collaborate with product and hardware teams for integration into NVIDIA products.

Requirements:

• Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
