Develop and refine deep learning models for genomics analysis, including DNA sequencing and variant calling.
Advance modern Deep Learning techniques for Large Language Models and multi-modal models in genomics.
Collaborate with product and hardware teams for integration into NVIDIA products.

Requirements:

Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
