Senior Customer Technical Program Manager – Software Platforms

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan with remote options available.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage program schedules and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable tasks for functional teams.
• Drive cross-functional program execution and manage high priority issues.
• Act as the primary customer interface throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of program execution.
• Communicate program health and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of program/project management experience in IT or software industries.
• Strong technical background in hardware/software product development.
• Excellent program management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 10%).
