Senior Customer Technical Program Manager – Software Platforms

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan with remote options available.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage program schedules and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
- Translate customer needs into actionable tasks for functional teams.
- Drive cross-functional program execution and manage high priority issues.
- Act as the primary customer interface throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of program execution.
- Communicate program health and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of program/project management experience in IT or software industries.
- Strong technical background in hardware/software product development.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 10%).
