What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and manage program schedules and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
- Translate customer needs into actionable tasks across functional teams.
- Act as the primary customer interface for program execution and issue resolution.
- Drive program execution from design through production deployment.
- Provide ongoing support post-deployment and communicate program health to stakeholders.
What We Need to See:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 8-10+ years of program/project management experience in IT or software.
- Strong technical background in product development and experience with OEMs.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
