Senior Customer Technical Program Manager – Software Platforms

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, with remote options available.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define and manage program schedules and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable tasks across functional teams.
• Act as the primary customer interface for program execution and issue resolution.
• Drive program execution from design through production deployment.
• Provide ongoing support post-deployment and communicate program health to stakeholders.

What We Need to See:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 8-10+ years of program/project management experience in IT or software.
• Strong technical background in product development and experience with OEMs.
• Excellent program management and communication skills.
