Senior Customer Technical Program Manager - Data Center Quality and Sustaining

Compensation:

$192,000 - $304,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate NVIDIA Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities supporting OEMs/ODMs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Sustaining Strategy.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards and procedures for Data Center operations.
  • Lead internal and external reviews on production systems quality issues.
  • Identify areas for improvements in partnership with manufacturers.
  • Collaborate to ensure high-quality standards across partners.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators to monitor quality performance.
  • Identify potential quality improvements and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Customer Program Management.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing high-profile customer escalations.
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems.
  • Technical knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure and system configurations.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Certifications in quality management and PMP are desirable.
