Senior Customer Technical Program Manager - Data Center Quality and Sustaining

Compensation:

$160,000 - $304,750 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities.
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies with OEMs/ODMs.
  • Establish quality standards for Data Center operations.
  • Conduct reviews on production systems quality issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop key performance indicators to monitor quality performance.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in Customer Program Management.
  • Strong leadership in managing high-profile customer escalations.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
  • Technical knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
