Senior Customer Success Engineer - DGX Cloud

This role is remote in California.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams to understand workloads and provide guidance.
• Implement best practices for cloud-based solutions.
• Present to stakeholders on roadmaps and demos.
• Advocate for customer needs across the organization.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, C, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AI/ML workloads.

Tech stack:

Cloud-based deployments, Kubernetes, AI/ML technologies.
