Senior Customer Program Manager, AI and Cloud Platforms

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$160,000 - $304,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy and execution plans for integrating AI model tech stacks in customer environments.
  • Lead project execution, including scoping, team assembly, and customer engagement.
  • Translate customer requirements into tasks and drive issue resolution.
  • Communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years in program/project management in high-tech electronics.
  • Experience with software engagement programs and customer relations.
  • Strong technical background in AI infrastructure and cloud environments.

Ways to stand out:

  • Experience in graphics or cloud datacenter development.
  • Ability to manage complex program schedules and dependencies.
  • Proven record of handling multiple customer programs across geographies.
