Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP Master Data Management

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$168,000 - $270,250/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead solutions and functional design for PP/MM master data domains.
• Ensure integrity, governance, and optimization of critical supply chain data.
• Collaborate with teams for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration.
• Drive enhancements and provide senior-level production support.
• Define data taxonomy and quality KPIs across various departments.
• Translate complex operations requirements into scalable solutions.
• Influence executives and business owners on data strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of SAP experience, particularly in Production Planning and Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with PP/MM master data and PLM integration.
• Background in enterprise data governance and MDM/DQM.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity platforms.
