Program Manager, Inception and Connect Offer Partnerships

Compensation:

$128,000 - $212,750/year

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the Offer Partner Program, enhancing existing offers and expanding the program.
• Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including performance tracking and renewal decisions.
• Drive operational excellence in onboarding and streamline the partner onboarding process.
• Implement data-sharing frameworks for reporting on funnel health and technology adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with various teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in program management or operations, preferably in a tech environment.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI startup landscape and cloud partnerships.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools, specifically Salesforce and Jira.
