Compensation:
$128,000 - $270,250/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead documentation planning and prioritization with cross-functional teams.
- Manage documentation workflow using Kanban and track delivery through sprints.
- Champion AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Report on metrics and resolve delivery impediments.
- Collaborate with Technical Program Managers for documentation integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in program management or agile delivery.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile tracking tools.
- Experience coordinating across matrixed organizations.
- Active user of AI tools for decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developer documentation for platform or SaaS companies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Background in gaming, graphics, AI, or high-performance computing.
