This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

Salary range is $136,000 - $258,750 per year based on level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical program management efforts throughout product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
  • Drive priorities to ensure products meet schedule and milestone targets, proactively addressing risks and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal teams, including executives.

Requirements:

  • BS degree or greater in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Strong project/program/product management fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful product delivery experience.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes.
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business.
  • PM Certification/training.
