Product Program Manager, System LPU

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

Base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical program management efforts for a product, managing the product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
  • Drive priorities to meet schedule and achievement targets, while identifying risks and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal teams, including executives.
  • Apply technical judgment to ensure project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Proven ability to establish relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong project, program, or product management skills with excellent communication abilities.

Ways to stand out:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering products from concept to launch.
  • Understanding of product development processes for hyperscale data centers.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • PM Certification/training is a plus.
