Responsibilities:
- Own the serviceability aspect of the DGX product lifecycle.
- Define product requirements and user stories based on customer needs.
- Develop service guides and tools for NVIDIA, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in technology with product management or engineering.
- Deep understanding of systems and familiarity with accelerated compute and network technologies.
- Experience with NVIDIA tools like CUDA and DCGM is highly valued.
- Proficiency in 3D tools, including CAD and rendering software.
