Product Manager, AI Platform SW - Agentic AI Kernel Generation

Compensation:

$168,000 - $327,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Architect products for coding agents to generate and optimize CUDA kernels.
  • Define the end-to-end data lifecycle for agent training and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate agents with compilers and execution environments.
  • Drive multi-agent orchestration and prioritize features for product launches.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in technical product management or related experience in AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Experience with AI agents or LLMs, including multi-agent orchestration.
  • Proven record in developing automated testing or evaluation suites.
  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out:

  • PhD or equivalent experience in a technical specialty.
  • Experience launching coding-agent platforms at scale.
  • Research experience in GPU kernel optimization or ML model serving.
  • Experience with cost models for inference and product strategy.
