Compensation:

$240,000 - $379,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead applied research initiatives in emerging AI domains.
  • Translate research breakthroughs into product strategy and define roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI tools and services at scale.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies with cloud partners and AI-native customers.
  • Shape technical direction across multiple product areas.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams in applied research and product management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 15 years of industry experience with 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • Experience in cyber security and delivering enterprise-grade products.
  • Deep technical proficiency in modern AI systems.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
