Compensation:
$240,000 - $379,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead applied research initiatives in emerging AI domains.
- Translate research breakthroughs into product strategy and define roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI tools and services at scale.
- Drive go-to-market strategies with cloud partners and AI-native customers.
- Shape technical direction across multiple product areas.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams in applied research and product management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 15 years of industry experience with 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Experience in cyber security and delivering enterprise-grade products.
- Deep technical proficiency in modern AI systems.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
