Compensation:
$272,000 - $431,250/year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for 3D obstacle detection and semantic segmentation.
- Drive the productization of perception models ensuring high safety and quality standards.
- Lead development processes to identify and solve complex corner cases in driving environments.
- Define data quality strategies and work closely with data operations.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in deep learning for computer vision.
- Proven track record in shipping high-quality deep learning software.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with experience in PyTorch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the autonomous driving or robotics industry.
- Familiarity with model optimization and deployment on embedded platforms.
- First-author publications in top-tier conferences.
