NVIDIA 2026 Internships: PhD Hardware Research - US

This internship is based in Santa Clara, CA or can be remote.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $30 - $94

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement novel approaches to circuit and VLSI design, including ASIC development.
• Collaborate with team members and external researchers.
• Transfer research to product groups to enable new products.

Requirements:

• Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming skills in Python, C, C++, Perl, MATLAB, CUDA, Verilog, SystemVerilog.
• Strong research background with publications or patents.

Tech stack:

Python, C, C++, Perl, MATLAB, CUDA, Verilog, SystemVerilog, CAD tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
