Compensation:

$148,000 - $304,750/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of talent attraction program managers.
• Design and implement global strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups to align recruitment efforts.
• Optimize AI-powered tools for recruitment efficiency.
• Use data to set strategies and improve recruitment programs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR, with 5+ years focused on inclusion strategies.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting technologies.
