Compensation:
$224,000 - $356,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop a geographically distributed team.
- Plan, schedule, mentor, and lead project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product roadmap.
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes and infrastructure.
- Drive efficiency, reliability, security, and compliance across infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in software engineering management.
- Strong understanding of distributed system architecture and operating systems.
- Experience leading multiple software engineering projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical management experience.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform).
