LLM Evaluation and Analysis Research Intern - 2026

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

What you’ll be doing:

• Research and develop innovative deep learning methodologies to evaluate and understand new model families.
• Build robust tools and infrastructure pipelines to support AI initiatives.
• Contribute to NVIDIA's open-source contributions.

What we need to see:

• Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or a related field.
• Publication record in major conferences.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in model evaluation and interpretability.
• Hands-on experience with inference and deployment environments.
• Experience with high-performance computing and cloud clusters.
