Hardware Program Manager - Custom Silicon

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between project stakeholders including marketing, engineering, and external silicon partners.
• Ensure alignment with company strategy and goals.
• Develop and implement hardware methodologies and project management processes.
• Manage execution of complex ASIC programs and drive alignment with external partners.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in hardware program management.
• Excellent program management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and personal attributes such as being a team player and independent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hardware development and memory technologies.
• Technical leadership and customer-facing experience.
