Engineering Manager, Prediction and Planning - Autonomous Vehicles

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $356,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of the Prediction and Planning stack.
• Develop and implement production strategy for L2+/L2++ autonomous vehicle technology.
• Establish workflows for software integration and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for autonomous driving solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
• 4+ years of team leadership with 8+ years in software or robotics engineering.
• Experience in autonomous driving or motion planning systems.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and GPU-based frameworks.
