Engineering Manager, CPU Bootloader Firmware - SBIOS

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, with remote options available across multiple states.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $356,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery and quality of CPU bootloader firmware across NVIDIA’s data center CPU platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of firmware engineers.
• Collaborate with CPU architecture teams to shape next-generation silicon.
• Drive technical reviews and issue resolution across hardware-software boundaries.
• Foster modern engineering practices and build an AI-forward engineering culture.

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of firmware or systems software experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Solid foundation in C/C++ and knowledge of ARM architecture.
