Engineering Manager - AI DevOps

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or can be performed remotely.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $425,500/year based on experience and level.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of DevOps engineers with expertise in AI inference infrastructure and test automation.
  • Architect and implement scalable test automation strategies for AI inference workloads.
  • Maintain GitHub First public CI infrastructure focusing on GPU testing.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code efforts using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure operational proficiency with 24x7 on-call rotations and automated monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 4+ years leading DevOps/SRE organizations.
  • 8+ years in software development or infrastructure engineering with AI/ML workloads.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code platforms and multiple cloud environments.
  • Strong technical leadership in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline development.
