Engineering Manager - AI DevOps

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $425,500/year depending on level.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of DevOps engineers specializing in AI inference infrastructure.
  • Architect and implement scalable test automation strategies.
  • Maintain GitHub First public CI infrastructure.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code efforts using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure operational proficiency with 24x7 on-call rotations.
  • Lead release coordination and multi-cloud deployments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 4+ years leading DevOps/SRE organizations.
  • 8+ years in software development or infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code platforms.
  • Strong technical leadership in CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Python, Rust, or similar programming languages.
