Engineering Manager - AI DevOps

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $425,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of DevOps engineers focusing on AI inference infrastructure.
• Architect and implement scalable test automation strategies.
• Maintain public CI infrastructure and drive Infrastructure as Code efforts.
• Ensure operational proficiency and lead release coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years leading DevOps/SRE organizations.
• 8+ years in software development or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and multiple cloud environments.
• Strong leadership in test automation and CI/CD pipeline development.
