Engineering Manager - AI DevOps

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $425,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of DevOps engineers focused on AI inference infrastructure.
• Architect and implement scalable test automation strategies.
• Maintain GitHub First public CI infrastructure.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code efforts using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure operational proficiency with 24x7 on-call rotations.
• Manage multi-cloud deployments and release coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years leading DevOps/SRE organizations.
• 8+ years in software development or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in IaC platforms and multiple cloud environments.
• Strong leadership in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, or similar languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD and releasing Open-source AI software.
• Expertise in NVIDIA technologies like CUDA and TensorRT.
• Background in DevOps and system software testing.
• Experience with monitoring tools and security scanning.
