This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$320,000 - $575,000/year based on level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a framework to measure and drive the readiness success of NVIDIA’s OEM, NCP and CSP community.
  • Establish close working relationships with professional services teams for smooth deployments.
  • Collaborate on partner success management efforts, including strategies and reporting.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for key customer success indicators.

Requirements:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in partner success programs.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team in a complex organization.
  • Experience in driving customer success through a partner-led model.
  • Knowledge of metrics for assessing partner and customer success.
