This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.
Compensation:
$320,000 - $575,000/year based on level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a framework to measure and drive the readiness success of NVIDIA’s OEM, NCP and CSP community.
- Establish close working relationships with professional services teams for smooth deployments.
- Collaborate on partner success management efforts, including strategies and reporting.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for key customer success indicators.
Requirements:
- BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in partner success programs.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team in a complex organization.
- Experience in driving customer success through a partner-led model.
- Knowledge of metrics for assessing partner and customer success.
