Responsibilities:
- Define the financial data platform roadmap and mentor a high-performing team of software and data engineers.
- Design scalable ETL architectures to ensure system reliability.
- Implement data governance frameworks to maintain financial data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data processing with Hadoop and Spark.
- 3+ years of experience in team management and performance reviews.
- Expertise in Python, Airflow/Dagster, Flink, Druid, Kafka, and ERP data.
- Experience with financial data lifecycles and compliance standards.
