Responsibilities:
- Lead programs to improve data center infrastructure quality and efficiency.
- Drive technical execution from requirements gathering to production launch.
- Oversee server hardware development and integration efforts.
- Collaborate with software teams to automate large-scale infrastructure testing.
- Guide initiatives covering servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of experience with engineering teams and program management.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Deep technical expertise in server, network, or storage product architecture.
- Experience with Linux/Unix or Windows system administration.
