Compensation:
$136,000 - $218,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Manage CSOps initiatives, defining scope, timelines, and success criteria.
- Lead change efforts for new tools and process redesigns.
- Translate business requirements into operational needs.
- Coordinate teams and vendors for timely delivery and adoption.
- Develop rollout plans and enablement materials.
- Track progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Document scalable processes and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement across CSOps projects.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Customer Success Operations or related fields.
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and NVIDIA tools is a plus.
