Customer Program Manager, Global AI Factory

Compensation:

$200,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program management for AI Factory rollouts.
  • Coordinate timelines, schedules, and site readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer teams globally.
  • Oversee DSX reference architecture logistics.
  • Communicate metrics and mitigate risks with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 12+ years in global customer program management, preferably in AI or infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management.

  • Customer-facing experience and satisfaction engagement.
  • Prior work on energy and cooling initiatives.
  • Experience in deploying large-scale AI environments.
  • Understanding of AI Factory architecture.
