CPU Compiler Intern - 2026

This role is based in Cambridge, UK.

What you'll do:

• Work with a geographically distributed team to understand, modify and improve CPU Compiler software at NVIDIA.
• Contribute new features and optimization techniques.
• Develop compiler software that accelerates applications.
• Be part of a team central to production AI, HPC, and data center technologies.

What we need to see:

• Pursuing BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.
• Compiler related coursework or project experience.
• Strong hands-on C++ programming skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn new technologies and compiler optimization techniques.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiarity with industry-standard compiler infrastructure such as GCC or LLVM.
