Compensation:
$80,000 - $132,250/year
Responsibilities:
- Administer incentives like rebates and discounts to partners.
- Oversee rules and processes for incentive programs.
- Engage with partners to provide training on program benefits.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop key initiatives.
- Support regular reporting and business reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in channel partner programs or partner marketing.
- Experience with incentive programs aligned with business needs.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and business models.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
