About the Role:

Our Business Recruiting team is growing, and we're looking for someone who is deeply curious, highly agile, and energized by the work of building talent-dense teams. You'll own searches for our early career roles across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess candidates. You'll think creatively about how to find talent, experiment with new sourcing and evaluation approaches, and use AI and modern tools to work smarter and move faster.

What You'll Achieve:

• Own recruiting for our highest-volume and early career roles across People, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Storytelling.
• Build creative sourcing and outbound strategies that help us identify and engage exceptional talent.
• Contribute to redesigning how we evaluate candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Learn the craft of recruiting from a high-performing team.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $151,000 per year.
