Technical Program Manager (L7), Content Promotion & Distribution

This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$230,000 - $960,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Build and manage technical program roadmaps, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Drive strategic alignment and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Deep expertise in on-demand and/or live streaming systems.
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
