Technical Program Manager (L6), Identity and Access Management

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$420,000.00 - $630,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Support high-impact programs to modernize identity lifecycle and implement Zero Trust architecture.
• Define and drive program management best practices to align engineering delivery with product strategy.
• Develop communication and change management plans for infrastructure transitions.
• Lead the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Requirements:

• Ability to decompose multi-year visions into executable milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with product security principles and IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
• Proven success in driving large-scale security or infrastructure programs.
