Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Engineering

This role is remote, supporting Netflix's Cloud Infrastructure and AI Platform.

Compensation:

$420,000 - $630,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for infrastructure platform adoption and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create execution plans.
• Track progress and manage risks in program execution.
• Influence platform evolution through insights from program execution.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale technical programs.
• Experience with scalable platforms and cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of high-scale distributed systems.
