This role is remote in the USA.

Compensation:

$420,000.00 - $630,000.00/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional data programs end-to-end.
• Navigate technical and organizational complexity in the data ecosystem.
• Create clarity from ambiguity and foster strong relationships across teams.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in technical program leadership.
• Experience with data engineering and data pipelines.
• Ability to engage on technical trade-offs without coding.
