This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$290,000.00 - $460,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end coordination for complex, multi-team AI initiatives.
  • Define and track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Operate effectively in evolving problem spaces and manage complex stakeholder maps.
  • Establish operational excellence through program rituals.
  • Bridge product and infrastructure teams to ensure AI capabilities are well-integrated.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years in technical program management, engineering, or product roles.
  • Experience working in large engineering organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous contexts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with technical complexity and AI/ML systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems and consumer-scale companies.
  • Experience launching new content verticals or navigating high-ambiguity product spaces.
