Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Operations Managers in project management of marketing campaigns.
- Manage creative timelines and production budgets for promotional assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Publicity, and Product.
- Identify and implement solutions for operational scale and quality improvement.
- Plan and optimize team bandwidth across multiple titles.
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in marketing creative operations, production, or project management.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and high volumes of creative assets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusive team environment.
