This role is based in the USA, with a preferred location in Los Angeles, and remote work options available.

Compensation:

$240,000.00 - $410,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems to improve speed and consistency.
  • Partner with Data Science & Engineering to define KPI frameworks and ensure measurement quality.
  • Own portfolio governance frameworks and drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder horizontal initiatives requiring PM rigor.
  • Champion cross-portfolio IP moments for live service.
  • Flex into priority game teams to provide support during launches and major updates.
  • Synthesize learnings across titles to identify best practices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs with high ambiguity.
  • Strong product judgment and data fluency.
  • Experience building and running operating cadences that influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with game performance levers and live service experience preferred.
