$161,000 - $245,000/year

About The Role:

As Project Manager, you will report to the Content and Scaled Channels Lead and play a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of the Netflix Ads Marketing content engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement systems and workflows to support the execution of partnership elements.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Track and manage key milestones in the partnership build process.
  • Document processes and best practices.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of partnership initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on partnership execution progress.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management within the entertainment/media or advertising industry.
  • Experience building PM infrastructure from scratch.
  • Budget management experience across agencies and external partners.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms like Airtable, Asana, or Monday.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly.
  • Global campaign experience preferred.
