About The Role:
As Project Manager, you will report to the Content and Scaled Channels Lead and play a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of the Netflix Ads Marketing content engine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems and workflows to support the execution of partnership elements.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Track and manage key milestones in the partnership build process.
- Document processes and best practices.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of partnership initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular updates on partnership execution progress.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in project management within the entertainment/media or advertising industry.
- Experience building PM infrastructure from scratch.
- Budget management experience across agencies and external partners.
- Proficiency with project management platforms like Airtable, Asana, or Monday.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly.
- Global campaign experience preferred.
