Compensation:

$155,000 - $240,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support sourcing projects across various indirect categories such as Marketing.
  • Oversee RFx process including requirements gathering, bid execution, and supplier evaluation.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to leadership.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier spend data for value creation.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Qualities We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supplier Chain Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
